Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education (NCAOOSCE) Dr. Muhammad Sani Idris inaugurated a High-Powered Standing Committee to oversee a nationwide mop-up exercise aimed at identifying and enrolling out-of-school children.
The committee will also monitor and coordinate state offices, identify top-performing states and pinpoint areas of improvement
