The Honourable Minister of State for Education, Professor Suwaiba Sa’eed Ahmed, today visited the Tinubu Legacy Skills Training Institute for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children in Kaduna — a flagship model under the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education (NCAOOSCE).

The Minister was warmly received by the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Dr. Muhammad Sani Idris, along with staff of the Institute. During her tour of the facilities, Professor Ahmed interacted with students and observed firsthand the transformative progress being made in the education and skills development of 200 Almajiri children undergoing a nine-month training programme.

Impressed by the students’ performance and the quality of instruction, Professor Ahmed — herself a seasoned academic — expressed deep satisfaction with the level of learning achieved within just a few months. She described the initiative as “highly commendable” and emphasized its potential for nationwide replication.

“This model is a game-changer,” the Minister noted. “What I’ve seen here today gives me hope. These children have made remarkable progress in a very short time. This initiative must be replicated across all states of the federation.”

In his remarks, Dr. Muhammad Sani Idris, the Executive Secretary of NCAOOSCE, expressed deep appreciation to both the Honourable Minister of Education and the Honourable Minister of State for Education for their steadfast support. He acknowledged that the successes recorded so far would not have been possible without their commitment and encouragement.

The Executive Secretary also extended his gratitude to His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for providing the leadership and vision that have made this initiative a reality.

He reaffirmed the Commission’s resolve to continue driving inclusive and transformative educational interventions for Almajiri and out-of-school children across the country.

One of my friends didn’t realize how complex visa rules can be until problems started appearing. Getting help from an international student immigration lawyer made everything clearer and much easier to handle.

When we launched our landscaping company, we bought a ton of expensive equipment on credit. Trying to track the loan depreciation on my own spreadsheet was a complete disaster. We desperately needed professional bookkeeping to organize our heavy liabilities. They brought our messy accounts into balance and provided a clear picture of our actual cash flow. It allowed us to bid on larger commercial contracts with total confidence this spring.
